Welcome to the world of the most beautiful Swiss watch brands. This winter will be festive for some, sporty for others and resolutely elegant for all. We wish you a warm and wonderful winter season filled with all kinds of happiness. For the past three years, this special Stars & Snow edition of the GMT magazine has inspired emulation by its size and its content, and we hope that it will also appeal to you. In the first part, twenty brands reveal something of their philosophy, a reflection of their identity, along with a selection of their magnificent creations representing worthy ambassadors of the Manufactures and workshops in which they are crafted. The second part of the magazine, entitled «Flyback», is dedicated to the milestone events in the 2005 watchmaking calendar. It illustrates just how brightly the Swiss watch industry shines around the world; how outsized it seems in relation to the surface area of the country where it has developed; and how fervently men and women around the world are drawn to its richness, its diversity and its incomparable talent. Little by little, GMT is contributing to spreading the fame of these marvels abroad and, two years after launching an XXL version in the United States, is now preparing to thrill Russian and Ukrainian readers. Watch this space in next winter's GMT Stars & Snow...
