The Gallery Collection by Chanel is an ephemeral collection that will be renewed every two years. For its launch, it comes in 12 symbolic jewelry creations freely reinterpreting the chain of the 2.55 bag \u2013 launched in February 1955 \u2013 and the octagonal shape of the Place Vend\u00f4me \u2013 like the bottle stopper of the No 5 fragrance and the case of the Premi\u00e8re watch. In the My Chain line, the chain forms a necklace, a bracelet, earrings or rings around a central octagonal shaped stone : an emerald-cut rutilated or \u201cVenus hair\u201d quartz. In some models it is paired with a skilfully openworked octagon creating a mirror effect.<\/p>\n

The perfectly executed marquetry crafted from hard stones and sometimes mother-of-pearl is framed by tiny gold beads. The latter light up these creatures that appear to be lifelike thanks to a wealth of subtle details.<\/p>\n
