Born in 2007, it is characterized by robust and practical watches, able to withstand the extreme conditions \u2013 gravitational force, magnetism, depressurization, corrosion \u2013 imposed on them by pilots at the controls of their supersonic jets, often on missions launched from aircraft carriers. TOP GUN models therefore opt for ceramic and titanium cases and a matt black color to minimize glare. The highly legible simple black dial with its large luminescent onboard instrument-style numerals is also an asset of these watches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FOURFOLD PROOF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are four new TOP GUN 2019 models, and the most unexpected is the Mojave Desert Edition chronograph, issued in a 500-piece limited series and featuring the sandy color of this American desert where the US Navy has a military base. The most high-tech is the Ceratanium\u00ae Double Chronograph, named after the hard and resistant material developed and patented by IWC, introduced in 2017 in an Aquatimer model and used for the first time here in a Pilot\u2019s Watch.
