First presented in 2012, the Rising Star watch is distinguished by a construction based on two three-quarter plates and an oversized tourbillon carriage that appears to be floating in mid-air. The main dial shows the local time, two additional time-zone displays with reference cities and day/night indicator, power-reserve display, as well as seconds appearing on the tourbillon. Thanks to a reversed hand-fitting, the back reveals local time on a small off-centred subdial giving pride of place to the decorative arts. The Rising Star, which is equipped with the Amadeo® convertibility system enabling it to be transformed into a reversible wristwatch, a pocket watch and a desk clock, will be issued in an FQF special edition to be launched in early 2014.

In September 2013, the Fleurier Quality Foundation (FQF) announced the certification of the Tourbillon Amadeo® Fleurier Rising Star by Bovet.
