Fran\u00e7ois-Paul Journe has never made any secret of the fact that the tourbillon is an object of fascination to which he dedicates the fruits of his horological quest, constantly seeking to improve its chronometric performance. The adventure began in the 1980s, while he was making his watchmaking debut in Paris, with his uncle who was a renowned restorer of antique watches.
