In their search for the ideal professional watch and armed with their experience in the aeronautic and military fields, in-house engineers, master-watchmakers, designers and professional users pooled their knowledge to create a unique, revolutionary concept : the BR Instruments. As usual, Bell & Ross designs its dedicated models for demanding professions. For divers, Bell & Ross has developed measuring tools in perfect keeping with the marine environment. They are capable of effectively assisting divers under all circumstances. Readable, functional, accurate and reliable, they meet the specific demands of professionals on the job. Bell & Ross’ marine expertise is the result of the collective experience and knowledge of its designers, master watchmakers and professional users. Thus, designed to meet the most extreme conditions of deep-sea diving, the Hydromax® model holds the world record for water resistance – resistant to 1,110 bars of pressure – equivalent to a depth of 11,100 m. This watch is distinguished by a major technical innovation : the case is completely filled with a patented transparent fluorinated oil. The exploitation of such a know-how is directly applied to the conception of the BR02 Instruments. In addition to being water-resistant to 500m (chronograph version) or 1000m (automatic) and featuring an inner 60-minute graduated unidirectional rotating bezel, the BR02 also features exemplary legibility. The latter is guaranteed by broad hands and photoluminescent markings suitable for read-off even at the great depths that this watch can reach thanks to its decompression valve. Meanwhile, the ergonomic case along with the supple and easily adaptable wristband ensure optimal wearer comfort.
