Audemars Piguet : James Lebron has his very own Royal Oak Offshore

For its 20th birthday, the Royal Oak Offshore is treating itself to one of the most gifted sportsmen of his generation. Not only is the American basketball player an Olympic gold medal-winner, but has also won USA sportsman of the year and NBA titles. Moreover, this exceptional athlete is gifted with a subtle personality reflected in the lines of this timepiece for which he contributed to the creative process, as well as a generous soul that inspires him to support a number of charities in the field of childhood and sports. This array of special qualities convinced Audemars Piguet to create a dedicated limited series of 600 selfwinding chronographs in pink gold featuring an exhibition sapphire crystal case-back revealing the openworked oscillating weight as well as James Lebron’s signature. The sports champion and aesthete is also behind the crocodile grey strap that accentuates the distinctive visual identity of this iconic model that made its first preview appearance in GMT XXL World.
